Under construction now on Weston Drive. Gerald Roux, Monogram Homes, and our own Tyna Quarles, Katy-Fulshear’s In-House Designer, are moving a little beyond the normal, ultra conservative, zone that so many new home builders are known for.

We’ve been in Houston all day today picking out new colors and textures for what is sure to be the cream of the new home crop for Weston Lakes!

Construction will be complete in a couple of months. This one is not on the MLS yet, but is available for early contract. Will be approximately 3563 sf, on the golf course, and absolutely gorgeous!
